Terms of Service

Otome Direct Sales's Buying Terms:

- I will ship the item (s) once your full payment is received and cleared. It can take up to 3-8 days for Bank transfers or e-checks to clear.

- Please contact me by e-mail before paying for multiple items. An invoice will be sent to you via email with the correct shipping and handling cost.
Payment must be made within 2 business days or your order will be cancelled.

- International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Return Policy:

- Returns not accepted, Sorry.

Shipping Terms:

- Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the time your payment was received.

- A partial shipping refund will be given back to you in the event of excessive overcharge by the website.

- Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

- I ship US Domestic (50 states and US Territories/Protectorates) and International.

- I do not use first class international to ship packages.

- Although items are packaged to prevent damage during shipping, I cannot be responsible for the mishandling by the shipping company. However, insurance and tracking is included with your order and not added in with the total shipping charge. (The insurance and tracking cost is paid by the seller.)

- Shipping insurance and tracking is the seller's responsibility and not the buyers.

- Insurance claims are to be handled by the seller and the shipping company.
