Do you have any feedback?
Yes, although I am new to eCrater I have also sold items on eBay, and my feedback rate is (60) with: 100% positive; 0% negative. My eBay user name is: agarishou
Do you accept price negotiations?
Yes, for some items. You can send me an e-mail, and we can work out a price.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from time that payment is received. Orders are shipped via U.S. Mail Service using the most economical means. International customers must first contact me before buying an item.
What payments do you accept?
I accept PayPal payments, or credit card / debit card payments (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) through PayPal’s system and Strip's payment system. At this time, I do not accept cash, checks or COD’s.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, through Stripe's and PayPal's payment systems.
What is your return policy?
No returns. All sales are final. Sorry.
What is the region code for the DVDs?
Unless stated on the item’s description, most of the DVDs are listed as Region 1 (Region 1 DVDs are playable in the United States, Canada, Bermuda, Caribbean, U.S. territories). Others DVDs are listed Region 2 (Region 2 DVDs are playable in Japan, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East, including Egypt).
Do you the combine shipping cost for items?
Yes, I can combine the shipping and handling for multiple items. If you would like to buy more than one item, please remember to contact me first by email before you submit your order.
Will you accept partial payments?
No. All items will ship once full payment is received.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship to most countries. If you find that your home country is unavailable on the shop, please contact me. For more information on International shipping, please read my “Terms of Service” page. (http://farnese.ecrater.com/terms.php).
What specific shipping services do you use to send the items?
In the US, I usually shipped light items by 1st Class Mail, but depending on the package weight, items will be shipped by Priority Mail. All international orders are shipped by Priority Mail International.
But Priority Mail International is too expensive. Can you use a cheaper shipping service like First Class mail International?
Although buyers can save a lot of money by using USPS First Class Mail International, there are many disadvantages for using that service. First, USPS First Class Mail International is far less safer than using USPS Priority Mail International, because first class international packages are impossible to track. It does not come with any tracking or delivery confirmation. No delivery confirmation means there will be no protection for your item. For that reason, I do not use first class international to ship packages to international addresses. Both the buyer and the seller will not know when the item will be delivered. What are the conditions of the doujinshi and other items?
I am not an expert grader; however all doujinshi and other items have been checked before being listed. You can find the condition of the item in the description.
